Shipping and Delivery


Purchases are shipped from our warehouse by reputable logistics service providers. Please allow the following delivery times from the receipt of your order:


- Processed within 1 business day (excluding Public Holidays & Sundays).

- Delivered within 7 business days.


Delivery Times:

- Deliveries will be made between 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays.

- Goods must be signed for upon delivery. If you are unable to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative recipient (e.g., a family member, colleague, or neighbor). However, GRANDMOTHER BEAUTY is not responsible for goods signed by an alternative person.


Shipping Charges:

- Free shipping throughout India for all orders.


Returns and Refunds

At GRANDMOTHER BEAUTY, we aim to provide the best shopping experience possible. However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products once sold or delivered.


In case of damage or quality issues, we can only exchange the product if reported within the specified timelines below:


- Tampered or Damaged Products: Inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt, with supporting images and video.

Product Quality Complaints: Contact Customer Care within 7 days of delivery.


GRANDMOTHER BEAUTY is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application are not covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.


Exchange Policy:

- Products must be returned in saleable condition, in original packaging, undamaged, and subject to inspection.

- No refunds are issued once goods are sold.
